These are local programs that anyone can join for coached workouts and/or receive a team training plan. These programs are not to be confused with our Online Team Training program. We also offer these additional services in Penticton.

*Special Note: Spring training will now start in April due to many requests for indoor training to continue for two more weeks, please contact us directly if you would like to join us for indoor training from March 15 to 22.
In April it is time to get outside and get ready for the first races of the year. Our training programs suits a wide variety of abilities.
TEAM TRAINING SCHEDULE
Tuesday 5:45 - 7:15pm Cycling (The Peach on Lakeshore Ave)
Wednesday 6:00-7:001 Swimming (Tuc el Nuit Lake, Oliver)
Thursday 5:30 - 7:00pm Running (Community Track – Pen High)
Saturday 9:00am - Varies Group Long Ride2 (Smith and Co.)
Sunday 8:30am - Varies Group Long Run2 (varies)
1 - Team swims are added only on May 11, 25 and June 1 to prepare for WCOC Triathlons and Oliver Half Ironman. 2 - Long rides and long runs are organized by the coaches but not necessarily coached or attended by the coaches.

Team and Workout Membership Terms
HST (12%) is added to the fees above. There are typically no team workouts on holidays (and major race weekends in the late spring and throughout the summer). Minimum of 10 people required to maintain team workout schedule. One month notice is required to cancel payments for monthly memberships. 30% for juniors accepted into program (must be evaluated prior to joining). 15% off for students with valid student card.
